Rest and Relax

Take in nature and experience island time on one of Casco Bay's quintessential Maine islands Long Island. Enjoy daily yoga classes, Reiki sessions, hiking, beaches and sound healing workshop.

Delight in Nature

Enjoy the many nature trails around the island with panoramic views of the the sea and surrounding islands, hit the beach or enjoy the estate grounds from your deck or sip tea on the veranda listening to the birds. Take in the beautiful sunset each evening.

Check in anytime after 3pm and explore the estate
5pm - Introductions, intentions setting, meditation & Yin Yoga at the fire pit with Erin and Jen
6:30pm - Group Dinner

Tuesday August 5th

7-8 am - Coffee + Tea + Continental Breakfast
9 am - Yoga with Erin and Sound healing with Sarah Daigle of Super Nova Energetics
12 pm - Lunch and Intro to Crystals talk with Sarah Daigle
1:30 pm - Free time
4 pm - Restorative Yoga with Erin followed by Yoga Nidra with Sarah Daigle and Reiki with Jen
630 pm - Dinner

Wednesday August 6th

7-8 am - Coffee + Tea + Continental Breakfast
9 am - Ashtanga Yoga with Erin
10:00 am - Free Time
12 pm - Lunch
1pm Herbal Workshop with Erin (optional)

Bedrooms

There are 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms

$1500 - The Cove Queen bedroom with full ensuite bathroom and private deck. (RESERVED)

$1500 - The Garden Queen bedroom with full ensuite bathroom and shared deck. (RESERVED)

$1500 - The Sea Glass Suite Queen bedroom with full ensuite bathroom and shared deck. (RESERVED)

$1500 - The Cottage Queen bedroom with full ensuite bathroom and shared deck. If you'd like to bring a friend and share your bed, an additional $750 will be applied.

$1200 - The Seaside One queen bed with shared bathroom

$1100 - La Petite One twin bed with shared bathroom

$1850- Chestnut Grove Two twin beds with shared bathroom This room rate is for 2 guests in this room. If this room is reserved for a singe guest it will be $1000.

Indigo Sol highly recommends purchasing travel insurance for your trip that covers both medical emergencies and trip cancellation. Purchasing insurance protects you from losing money should you need to cancel your trip due to Covid or for any other reason. World Nomad Travel Insurance (worldnomads.com) is a great and trusted option! Travelers insurance or Allianz is typically less than $100 for your trip and worth the investment for both medical and cancellation coverage.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your retreat after final payment for personal reasons, Indigo Sol provides the following reimbursement:

If you cancel 120 days before your trip, 50% of your payment will be reimbursed minus a 10% processing fee.
If you cancel 90-119 days before your trip, 50% of your payment may be applied to another Indigo Sol Retreat, the other 50% will be forfeited.
If you cancel 60-89 days before your trip, 40% of your payment may be applied to another Indigo Sol Retreat, the other 60 % will be forfeited.
If you cancel 59 days of less before your trip, you will forfeit your entire payment
