Indigo Sol is excited to welcome you to our first Maine retreat. ROOT in Nature. Located at a farmhouse estate in Saco, Maine! August 4 - 7, 2025
Join us for an unforgettable 3 night 4 day adventure in Maine's scenic countryside.
Rest and Relax
Take in nature with over 160 acres of open fields leading down to the Saco river. Enjoy the indoor or outdoor pools, sit and read or meditate in the Historic farmhouse. Enjoy daily yoga classes, Reiki sessions and sound healing workshop.
Delight in Nature
Enjoy the many nature trails, bask in the sun experience the Saco river. Do yoga on the sprawling outdoor deck overlooking the estate grounds. Sip tea on the patio listening to the birds. Take in the beautiful sunset each evening.
Offerings
Daily Yoga this includes various styles, Reiki, Energy Work, Sound Healing, nature walks, poolside meditation, stay in historic farm estate, all meals included, daily tea and coffee. All meals prepared local chef come and savor a taste of Maine.

Monday August 4th 2025
- Check in anytime after 3pm and explore the estate
- 5pm - Introductions, intentions setting, meditation & Yin Yoga at the fire pit on the patio with Erin and Jen
- 6:30pm - Group Dinner
Tuesday Augustt 5th
- 7-8 am - Coffee + Tea + Continental Breakfast
- 8:30 am - Yoga with Erin and Sound healing with Sarah Daigle of Super Nova Energetics
- 1030am - Free time
- 12 pm - Lunch and Intro to Crystals talk with Sarah Daigle
- 4 pm - Restorative Yoga with Erin followed by Yoga Nidra with Sarah Daigle and Reiki with Jen
- 630 pm - Dinner
Wednesday August 6th
- 7-8 am - Coffee + Tea + Continental Breakfast
- 8:30am - Ashtanga Yoga with Erin
- 10:00am - Free Time
- 12 pm - Lunch
- 1pm Herbal Workshop with Erin on the second floor family room (optional)
- 4 pm - Yoga with Erin
- 630 pm Yoga
Thursday August 7th
- 7-8 am - Coffee + Tea + Continental Breakfast
- 8:30 am - Closing Ceremony and Meditation with Erin and Jen
- 10:00 am Check out of the Estate

Indigo Sol highly recommends purchasing travel insurance for your trip that covers both medical emergencies and trip cancellation. Purchasing insurance protects you from losing money should you need to cancel your trip due to Covid or for any other reason. World Nomad Travel Insurance (worldnomads.com) is a great and trusted option! Travelers insurance or Allianz is typically less than $100 for your trip and worth the investment for both medical and cancellation coverage.
Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel your retreat after final payment for personal reasons, Indigo Sol provides the following reimbursement:
- If you cancel 120 days before your trip, 50% of your payment will be reimbursed minus a 10% processing fee.
- If you cancel 90-119 days before your trip, 50% of your payment may be applied to another Indigo Sol Retreat, the other 50% will be forfeited.
- If you cancel 60-89 days before your trip, 40% of your payment may be applied to another Indigo Sol Retreat, the other 60 % will be forfeited.
- If you cancel 59 days of less before your trip, you will forfeit your entire payment
