Sample Itinerary
Thursday April 24 - ARRIVE
- Your arrival to St Augustine (STA)
- Check in anytime after 3pm and explore downtown on your own
- 5pm - Introduction, intentions setting, meditation & Yin Yoga at the Villa with Erin and Jen
- 6:30pm - Group Dinner Out Restaurant TBD
Friday April 25 - Explore STA by Land
- 7-8 am - Coffee + Tea + Continental Breakfast
- 8:00 am - Drive to SUP Yoga
- 8:30 am - SUP Yoga with Erin 1.5 hours
- Free time - explore the iconic Florida lighthouse, relax at the beach or book a complimentary energy work session with Jen located at the villa.
- 12 pm - Lunch
- 4 pm - Yoga with Erin
Saturday April 26 - A day of R&R
- 7-8 am - Coffee + Tea + Continental Breakfast
- 8:30am - Ashtanga Yoga with Erin
- 12 pm - Lunch at the Villa
- 1pm Herbal Workshop with Erin at the Villa (optional)
- 4 pm - Yoga with Erin
Sunday April 27- Explore STA by Water
- 7-8 am - Coffee + Tea + Continental Breakfast
- 8:30 am - Vinyasa Yoga with Erin at the Salt Caves
- 12 pm - Lunch at the Villa
- 4 pm - Yoga with Erin
- 6 pm - Depart for dinner and sunset cruise
Monday April 28- Depart
- 7-8 am - Coffee + Tea + Continental Breakfast
- 8:30 am -Meditation and closing ceremony
- Check out at 11am

We do our best to accommodate diet, allergies, and food restrictions. Please make a note when booking. Otherwise we do a vegetarian/pescatarian style meal plan.

Investment in the full 4 night, 5 days of bliss including yoga programing, energy work, and cruise.
$2200 a per person.
25% discount for an additional guest in your room. This is a savings of $550 split between the two of you. 2 people max in a room. Please note you will be sharing a king bed.

Indigo Sol highly recommends purchasing travel insurance for your trip that covers both medical emergencies and trip cancellation. Indigo Sol is not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances that may arise, including trip delays, medical emergencies, injuries, or any other events that disrupt your itinerary or overall travel experience. We encourage all travelers to invest in travel insurance and prepare for potential contingencies, as unforeseen situations can happen even during the most carefully planned trips.
Purchasing insurance protects you from losing money should you need to cancel your trip due to Covid or for any other reason. World Nomad Travel Insurance (worldnomads.com) is a great and trusted option! Travelers insurance or Allianz is typically less than $100 for your trip and worth the investment for both medical and cancellation coverage.
Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel your retreat after final payment for personal reasons, Indigo Sol provides the following reimbursement:
- If you cancel 120 days before your trip, 50% of your payment will be reimbursed minus a 10% processing fee.
- If you cancel 90-119 days before your trip, 50% of your payment may be applied to another Indigo Sol Retreat, the other 50% will be forfeited.
- If you cancel 60-89 days before your trip, 40% of your payment may be applied to another Indigo Sol Retreat, the other 60 % will be forfeited.
- If you cancel 59 days of less before your trip, you will forfeit your entire payment
